Field Marketing Manager
About The Position
Aqua is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive engaging prospect activity for events across the European market with some coverage of ROW. The ideal candidate will be resourceful with excellent communications skills and ready to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
This is a cross functional and cross organizational role. You will work closely with your regional Sales and SDR teams and the global marketing team including marketing operations, design, social, PR, digital and product marketing.
The role offers significant room for personal initiative, expanding responsibilities and professional growth. This is a full-time remote position with an option to work partially in a shared office in London. You will be reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing.
- Own the event calendar and budget.
- Plan and execute the Aqua presence at various events including conferences, tradeshows, workshops and more, ensuring seamless execution and a memorable attendee experience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities in designated geographies, utilizing insights to inform marketing strategies and event planning.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to prepare them for events and ensure they know their roles and responsibilities to maximize output.
- Work closely with SDR teams to maximize the effectiveness of pre and post-event communication and activities.
- Handle event lead management on-site and post event (uploading lists, communicating next steps to relevant parties).
- Track and report on campaigns metrics, including registrations, demos, pipeline generated, and awareness metrics evaluating their success and impact.

Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Excellent project management skills, detail oriented and multitask.
- Go-getter, self-sufficient, results oriented and versatile.
- Highly effective team player, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and best practices.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and making data-backed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM, email marketing, marketing Automation tools and other Martech
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
